Processing
Orders are checked and packed within 1-3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it leaves the warehouse.

These are the honest numbers, not the optimistic ones. Delivery time is counted from dispatch, not from when you order. Peak periods and bad weather can add a few days, and we'll tell you if we know your order is running late.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. It can take 2-5 days after dispatch for the first scan to appear — that's normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost.
Split deliveries
If you order several items they may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes a few days apart. You're never charged extra for this.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we'll refund the item cost minus shipping, or resend it once you cover postage again.
PO boxes and APO/FPO
We can deliver to PO boxes and military addresses, but these routes are slower — add roughly a week to the windows above.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, email pawqero@gmail.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either replace the order or refund you in full.
Returns & Refunds
If something isn't right, we want to fix it. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on most items.
What we accept
- Unused items in their original packaging, with tags attached.
- Items that arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered — send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it, and you won't pay return postage.
- Wrong size? Harnesses, collars and beds can be exchanged once at no extra cost.
What we can't accept
- Used grooming tools, opened treats or consumables, and anything soiled — for hygiene reasons.
- Personalised or custom-made items, unless they arrived faulty.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
How to start a return
Email pawqero@gmail.com with your order number and, if the item is damaged, a photo. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — returns sent to the wrong address can't be refunded.
Who pays return postage
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover it. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is yours to cover.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was faulty or we made a mistake.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship — usually a window of about 24 hours. Email us straight away and we'll stop it if we can.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the item and the packaging before you throw anything away, and send both to us within 7 days of delivery. That's all we need to put it right.
How long will my order take?
We pack within 1-3 business days, then standard delivery takes 7-15 business days. Full detail is on our shipping page.

Within the United States for now. We'll email our subscribers when we open up more countries.
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping on orders over $49. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is my parcel lost?
Almost certainly not. The first scan can take 2-5 days to appear after dispatch, and there's often a quiet gap while a parcel is in transit. If nothing has moved for 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it.
Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
Items sometimes ship from different warehouses, so they can arrive a few days apart. You're never charged extra for this.
How do I know what size to order?
Every harness, collar and bed has a measurement table on its product page — measure your pet rather than going by breed, since two dogs of the same breed can be two sizes apart. If you're between sizes, size up. Not right? We'll exchange it once for free.
Can I return something?
Yes — 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Faulty or wrong items are on us, including return postage. See our returns page.

Are these products safe for my pet?
We list materials on every product page. That said, no toy is indestructible and no chew is supervision-proof. Check toys regularly for damage and throw away anything coming apart, and talk to your vet before changing anything about your pet's diet or health routine.
